Prenup

About this category:

Prenup documents, or prenuptial agreements, are legally binding contracts that are entered into before marriage. They are used to define the financial and property rights of each spouse in the event of divorce or death. Prenups can also be used to protect assets from creditors, establish spousal support, and outline the division of property in the event of a divorce.
