This template is built to provide an addendum to a separation and release contract for use when an employee continues to work for an employer after signing a release of claims. It covers all claims that arise between the time the employee signed the original release and the final termination of employment or consulting services, including those under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA).
